Cajun Spice

I can’t believe that I used to buy Cajun spice. It was not only expensive, but it was always so salty. I did a bit of looking around and created the following Cajun spice recipe.

Use it to make blackened meat/fish, chili con carne, in soup or pop some into your fajitas.

CAJUN SPICE
Makes 90 g, 3 oz, 8 T

Ingredients
6 t smoked paprika
4 t salt
4 t roasted garlic flakes
4 t chili powder/flakes
2 t black pepper
2 t dried oregano
2 t ground coriander

Method
1. In a medium sized jar, shake all of the ingredients together. Store and used as needed, enjoy!
